4. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS - You further consent to receiving other communications from us, including marketing communications, newsletters about new features and content, promotional discounts and offers, and other communications.
5. PURCHASES - Purchases are governed by your HAnime.com purchase agreement in effect at the time of your purchase of content as well as these Terms and our EULA.
